If you want to do something this weekend, probably a poll would be a good start or Tim, make an "executive decision" and plot a route...

If I wasn't working nightshift, I would make it down, but I know I'd be too shagged from a 6hr drive between Syd/Can and also the cruise then to have to contend with a ngiht shift....

as per Tim's suggestion, we meet up at Pine Island, nice big car park, the go on the Tharwa circuit and return to Pine Island

i reckon we meet up on point hut, there is a place to park the cars just before the river to wait for everyone

it may be small (thats what she said) but it can get the job done

Hey Guys I just found out I will be in Canberra on the 28th---What sort of timeframe are you looking at ? I don't know if I can make the cruise but I would like to meet up before or after. Cheers Darryl

I was thinking an early start, like 10ish? Im happy to go along with this cruise route. would you be able to type up the exact route, like from google eg left here, right there. From the start to end? So we can create a proper cruise for the Club

so we start here
turn Right onto Point Hut Rd, Left onto Tidbinbilla Rd, Left onto Tharwa Dr, Left onto Knoke Ave, straight through 3 roundabouts, Left onto Jim Pike Ave, Straight through the next Roundabout, a Left onto Point Hut Rd and we can stop by the river which is just past this bridge
