Went for a drive around QLD/NSW border...

I took a great drive today, actually unwittingly tracing out some of the route from the Kyogle cruise from a few weeks ago that I didn't go on.
Anyway, I've been in a photography mood and felt like a drive, and when looking online for somewhere to go came across Nautral Bridge, which it turns out was a stop on the cruise...





Then instead of going further south west, I turned back for Brisbane, taking Numinbah road. I'm glad I did - this is the backdrop that unfolded before me...







I then followed Tomewin Mountain Rd back across the border. This and the NSW section of Nerang-Murwillumbah Rd are absolute crackers to drive, much of it unrestricted and fair quality road.

Hey Glen, the bit near the border on the east looks awesome, but a lot of the rest of it looks too narrow to have much fun. Would be good for a closed rally!
