RA BRAKE PADS

Postby R4LLI4RT » Thu Dec 29, 2011 10:22 am

Hi Guys,
I need to change the pads on my RA just wondering who has changed theirs and whats the best ones to use.
Im a value for money kind of person.
Ive called up Mitsu and they want $150 for the front and $130 for the rear.

I did some research and found that the fronts (DB1223) can be about $75 to $90 for a pair and the same for the rear (DB1464)

Any thoughts or refrences would be good.
Thanks,

There's half a dozen or so varieties online. Been looking on lancershop recently for myself and if Ofey is still offering that service of shipping things from the states cheaply it mite be the way to go?

I also bought QRM from gslrallysport for my Skyline. A1RM is the more track oriented pad - I got HPX which had a lower max temp but better cold friction.

They were excellent value, I used them for about 3 years including 1 track day and they were still good when I sold the car. They were cheap, worked well, long lasting, never squealed, not dusty... can't think what else you can want from a brake pad.

I highly recommend them and would buy them again for the Ralliart for sure.
