Hey! and welcome!
Funnily enough, we're mostly from Australia too. It's a big country, so where about do you hale from? Tel us a bit more about yourself.
Sounds like you've already made the purchase and waiting on delivery. Best of luck. Feel free to ask any questions, but try and use the search function first as there is probably some thread about it anyway. As soon as you get your car, put a pic up in your avatar/profile.
Hope to see lots of you around.

hello
Yeah I'm mostly on the whirlpool forums but since I've started looking into lancers about 2-3months ago, they sent me over here and I've been stalking the forums since
and not yet mate! Hopefully lock in a deal tomorrow *fingers crossed* just crunching the numbers a bit before I commit.
Looking to get a SX (or even an ES and mod it with a nice body kit + VRX Rims).
I've posted a couple of threads about the body kit/rims already and hopefully get some feedback
I've got two "offers" or "deals" ready to sign;
2011 ES with matts, spolier + 16' alloy rims; $18,250
2011 SX matts only; $19,500
Both are manual cars in lighting blue, which would you guys go for?
Keeping in mind I'd be modding it over time

Oh I did not pick up on that
hey guys, just a quick one.
I've been looking at the thread;
http://clubcj.net/viewtopic.php?t=1131&highlight=roar
Every product has two pricing categories;
RRP= A$XXX
CCJ= A$XXX
Who or how do you qualify for the CCJ pricing scheme?

RRP is off the street price.
CCJ price is the price you pay (ex shipping/postage) if you organise it through our chief buyer who gets it from our sponsor.
You cannot get the CCJ price yourself, PMR have designated Ofey as the single point of contact, so they are not burdened by time wasters...

Strangely, that's what the people from the Whiteline GB say too.

The ES will always be an ES when you go to sell it even though it's all pretty.
The SX has a covered centre console which I don't think the ES has (correct me if I'm wrong here fellas) and a leather wrapped steering wheel. Don't know if the ES has a USB in the glove box either. The SX has factory fitted Bluetooth with controls on the steering wheel. The stereo controls and that are on the steering wheel. I don't think the ES has them there until the MY12s. It already has the alloys and the spoiler.
The SX is really good value actually.
I'd go the SX myself. Hang on I already did It's Lightning Blue as well Unfortunately when I got my MY11 2011 SX they were still pretty new and I bought in the country and I had to pay $21,000.
