If you could turn back time,would you still buy the same mod

I got exactly what I wanted. Unlike Ofey I could wait, so I waited for 3 months for the new MY09 which came out with the Aspire. I could have waited longer but I decided to get it straight away when the new model came out as I wanted the MMCS which was given for free in the first 2 months of sales.

I believe I was the first to buy an Aspire in SA.

I love my colour as I believe champagne goes well with the luxury models. My dealer had the same car without the sunroof but I made them find a champagne Aspire with a sunroof.

Love that car.

I would have purchased a Blue VRX sportback if had my time again.
Just seem see more of them now and really like them. Would go crazy modding that too! :lol:

Got a second hand Aspire in effectively new condition for $23k, pretty happy with that.

... and sunroof

Mod was suppose to be model but there was not enough room in the title.

Im happy with my SX, if I could have afforded it I would have gona an RA but at the moment thats not possible. Maybe one day...

I bought a 2007 VR done 80k for 10.5 plus my Magna which had serious engine problems looming. I can't complain, I had to hurry because the Magna was nearly out of reg, I guess if I had more time to research and find a bit more cash, I would have gone for a later, better insulated model

i agree with that one, Darren. I got my car when I got my L's (saved from kindergarten for it), an 07 VR like yours, and honestly regret not listening to friends telling me that the first gen is always a no-go, because the manufacturer are still working out the kinks.. but still, I love the car to death, so every complaint is topped by 10 things I enjoy..

Spend a couple of hundred $$ on dynamat, and it will be better than the 2012 for sound deadening
