how many do we need to get our own tracktime?

no guarantee that we will get our own track time unless we make a private booking, need 20-40 cars costing approx $200 each

but if we get 15-20 i think they will give us our own session eg 20min tin tops, 20min open wheeler, 20min us, then starts all over again

they don't run the timers on practice days. There are apps you can get for iphone / andriod etc though that use gps to time them. You can just get someone on the side with a stop watch too if you want

Does anyone know what the deal is with paperwork, number of places, payment and scrutineering?

paperwork is filled out on the day. As many places as they want, they will have more goups if there are more cars. scrutineering is done by staff onsite.
