Tint

Hi guys,

Just recently started looking into this. I have contacted Tint-a-car and they have quoted me $395 with $100 discount for Octane (darkest legal tint). Just wondering if this is the price point for most place or if there are cheaper, but still quality places around.

Any help would be very appreciated.

I got 3M darkest legal tint on my front windows for $130

That's a bit high Adam.

They charged me that on my last car to rip off all the tint and re-apply new stuff.

Should only be like $295. $100 is to remove the old stuff

I paid $100 for my two front windows for 3M tint film, *ahem( cash in hand, no receipt, "you never got it done here", for not very legal tint. *cough cough*

Search Rhynos WIndow Tiniting on facebook. He quoted me $220 for all windows, cash in hand thou.

BTW he is in Holden Hill. Near the police station.

$260 front and rear 20% . Some guy in penrith lifetime warranty and got a reciept as well. He came to my home

Got two cars done at D&S Auto....Carbon Film (35%). All side windows and rear window for $220.

They did an excellent job, brilliant service and backed by lifetime warranty.

They are based in Adelaide (two locations)....I did mine at the Newton one.

The one that quoted me was at Port Adelaide.

I think I'll look into d and s auto a bit more - seems a lot more reasonable!

If you haven't already booked in, try Auto Perfection.

They're at Enfield, price I've been quoted was reasonable, with a lifetime warranty on it.

Ask. My friend got his done at tint a car haha. 20% all round. Though he can't see out at night which is quite funny..
