I have just bought my 09 model ES from Hinterland Toyota who told me to keep its warranty (till 08/2012) i HAVE TO go to them. They honor the Man. Warranty and if any thing goes wrong Mitshu WILL cover it. I got it with 54000 KM on the clock but previous owner missed unjust about all the services!! So I'm just going back to 45000 service to make sure everything is done & good. I'll let you know how much $$ and customer service.
Good in a way because I hate going all the way into Southport and I had a very F*** bad experience with the service dept. in there. I have over 5 yrs in retail service and 9 yrs in customer service, so believe me when I say the staff in Service Dept. are @#&$ (any kiddies reading this cover your eyes now!)

well heres abit of feedback.
As i predicted they fucked up. didn't put the transmission fluid change on the job card. and the quoted price of $620 was not inclusive of the transmission fluid change.
So its an extra $350 and i told him Friday they better get it done asap
Iam pissed off to say the least.
It says the "ACD/SAYC hydraulic control fluid" should be replaced in the book but i see no mention of this on my Receipt. What fluid are the required to use in these?
