I have my own personal opinion on this GB problem. I thought Ofey only order things after the payment is made by the buyer. What if Ofey specify a certain time frame to all buys to pay for their items (one week???). If they miss that deadline, no matter what, they wont get their items even though they have indicated their EOI. In this way Ofey wont have to pay extra money and we don't have to wait.
