Personally, I think the only way to do it is choose 2 or 3 dates. Place a poll up to gauge the most popular out of them and that's the date.

We are never going to be able to please everyone, people who miss out can make the next one

And Despite what I said, Unfortunately we simply cant cater and agree to everyone's whims & wishes.

But we can Make Sure it's Held & Run, Sensibly & Safely.

Only if it helps:
I will personally drive in front of Lazy_Eye and deliberately slow him down..... :lol:

now as for what Sam said about people not willing to travel, stuff em ive travelled from "The Deep South" as you called it to meets up the central coast a few times, yeah its only me but point is if they are part of the club and wanna be involved make the effort. That is all.

Your not Deep South in Sutherland, your in Gods Country, as they call it.

Deep South was being referred to places like Wollongong and beyond, which would be a little far for members from the Central Coast districts to attend, being a 2 1/2hr drive each way.

And yes, your right, if they are part of the club and wanna be involved make the effort.

TBH I'm not that picky with dates but I am unwilling to commit purely because things can and do pop up for me on Fridays which require me to work on weekends
