I would actually prefer not a long weekend... double demerits got me over easter >< Not that I am saying we would be exceeding the speed limit *pray*

Of course. But a whole heap of modified cars will tend to draw attention nonetheless.

Hmm.. that reminds me I hope I receive my CCJ stickers soon...

Are we looking to make this a full day event as well? Hopefully that would make it more worthwhile for those having to travel.

Count me in, but not the long weekend can't make it.

Why not just go to the same location as the last meet? If it worked and was successful no need to change a good thing.

Hi everyone.

I don't wish to crash anyone's plans or ideas about this next meet, however a few points really do need much consideration.
So please, don't mis-interoperate or slag back at what I suggest.

If we cruise through the RNP (Royal National Park)
* No speeding the Twists & Bends and leaving others behind.... *nono*

.... (do that in your own time, and maybe I'll read about you in the news paper later)
* The chances of getting stuck behind a truck or slower vehicle is a definite.... *ballchain*

.... (unless we cruise at 4am -- which wont happen)

* Long weekends are inviting, however they also invite more Zero Tolerance Fun Police with Eager Eyes & Egos to shut down presumed Car Hoons.... *Cry*

(Defecting a "Club" group of cars fills their Books far quicker than individual motorists)
"Double Demerits" is also a "Major Deterrent worth Consideration"

* Consider where the cruise terminates, and if ample parking is available to accommodate us all within visual proximity of where we will eat. (sorry....but Bondi aint gonna cut it).... *frown*

* Consider Food availability that caters for everyone's tastes.... *hungry*

Please Consider these points before Posting your Proposals.... *decision*

* Driving Behaviour - Safe or Wreckless.
* Road Congestion - Single or Multi Laned.
* Weekend Selection - Normal or Long.
* Parking Facilities.
* Food Variety - Requirements.
* LOCATION - Consider how far some will have to travel.
If its too far away from Sydney, then many simply wont attend.
I wouldn't expect many from the North & Central Coast Districts would drive 2 1/2hrs one way to a place in the deep South.... *faint*

You raised some valid points..

Perhaps the weekend before the long weekend? I know for certain that i have uni exams the week starting after the long weekend, but will try to make whatever cruise nonetheless.
