i might have kimmy, can u make the rules then?

like if theres only 1 or 3 ingredients thats too easy, never made icing

so u work out what rules u want and i`ll change them on the lead post.

Looks like chocolate cupcakes with a chocolate and caramel topping..

Cupcakes:
softened Butter
self-raising flour
plain flour
cocoa powder
caster sugar
eggs

Icing:
softened Butter
icing sugar
cocoa powder
hot water

And

Nestles tinned caramel mixed in to the chocolate icing
