Am interested Spunky. Can anyone confirm if the touch works in a Bose docking station? Someone told me they switched the pins on the touch and Iphone so it wont charge?

They still use the same cables for connecting to a PC so it should be the same for the Bose docking station.

It may not actually charge but it will still play music.

My new ipod nano refuses to charge in my JBL speakers, but it still plays music.

It might charge, it might not. If you've got it at work I'll grab my nano out of the car for you to test - if it charges the touch should.

The itouch WILL charge, but the iphone will not.
They changed it so it can only charge via USB.. when most of the older docking stations and head units in cars are firewire based.... dont fkn know why they changed it but im pissed coz my $500 headunit will not charge it... least i can play my music though.

I have heard of a converter but havnt looked hard.

hey man I just jailbroke mine last night probe illegal on here but anyway do you know how to get the apps from the computer to the iPod touch without using winsch. I can't get that one to work. Pm me if we aren't aloud to post here. Thanks man
