what is a reflash?

It is retuning the ECU.

Things are changed like air fuel ratios, timing, rev limiter, speed limiter and MIVEC.

Reflashing to suit different mods and temperature conditions.

Our stock tunes are very rich and safe to vary different conditions.

Count me in for the cruise, just a definate time/meeting place would be appreciated Not entirely sure about the reflash at this stage :S
(still kinda confused about the whole thing)

Haha fair enough, and that doesn't inter-fear with the warranty and all that?

Well technically it does but its a grey area. Im sure if mitsu poked around enough they could try to prove it has been tuned but I believe David has said before that the tune is undetectable. In simple terms I think the 'File name' from Mitsubishi and the modified tune remain the same. Unless you had something major fail on the car Im doubtful mitsubishi would ever probe deep enough into the electrics of the car to find it

Stiff2170 and myself had thought that the large officeworks carpark in wetherill park would be suitable as a starting point for our Sunday cruise commencing at 10am. I have linked the location in google maps for those who do not know where it is (I include myself here haha)

I don't think there's anything to involve the mod group for what you've done. David's tuning day is being organised by him. All proceeds on the day go to RPW, not CCJ.

As far as I know, The admin and comm group were not contacted by him directly so pretty much this is a RPW event.

That Is acuatally quiet a great place to meet; Quiet, starting up, and if I'm not mistaken; Has a Cafe there now, and a mcdonald's, subway, dominoes all near by, for those wanting a fatty intake haha.

I'm Hopin this all falls through; since this is a great chance for a tune, to meet new people; and just to get out on a nice sunday to be honest.
