Delivery
To absolutely cut costs, these will be hand delivered where possible. I am hoping to disseminate these at the National Meet here in Melbourne at the start of December. These will then be carried back by state moderators to NSW, QLD and SA.

So you will have to meet up with your state moderators who would carry it back from Melbourne to you.
