WTB: Car for my girlfriend.

Looking for a little cheap car for my girlfriend.
Preferably,
-Under 100,000kms
-2000+ year model
-Rego
-Reliable/Not needing any work
-$3000ish mark (can budge a bit)

Ive seen 2001 Barinas and Focus's fill the bill, just curious if anyone on here has anything.
