QLD. november 20 cruise to THE FALLS/ WILLOWBANK RACEWAY

Daniel (Speedie) has proposed a cruise from BROWNS PLAINS to QUEEN MARY FALLS (near kilarney) then WILLOWBANK RACEWAY on the way home for november 20.

this is about a 5 hour cruise to WILLOWBANK RACEWAY plus stops

price of this is $40 for the participating car including one spectator and $20 for spectators.
u just turn up at 4pm and have a few runs till maybe 9pm.
you will also need a helmet open or full face, AS1698 compliant.
we can share helmets so we need 2 at the least. Also you will need to wear a long sleeve shirt, long pants and shoes

lunch............................................ BYO.. there are plenty of public barbeques or the cafe has nice food

I no Steve, I need to watch fuel as well, but can't say no to getting together with a good group of ppl and putting my baby thru her paces

I might be able to make this one - but with the Willobank extra I probably won't be able to take Sam... I know he'll love it though.....

Any chance I could offer this cruise out to my mates at the XR5 forum?? I know several of them would be very keen for the Willobank run and cruise - I assume it's a test and tune night?

Yes its a Test and Tune night, Northsiders will prob meet at roma street carpark and convoy down to Browns plains to meet with the southsiders, before heading down to Queen Mary Falls. Planning on getting back to Grand plaza by 4 the latest to head over to willowbank.

Think the Harvey Norman carpark at Grand Plaza might be the best meet point down there

should be fun mate, i see no problem with it as long as it dont turn into a race.

No worries steve mate.

Another thing you might need to call them and ask if you can share helmets, sometimes it's one helmet per driver? I'm not familiar with Willobank so might just pay to check it out just in case.

anthony, i rang them and u need a minimum of 2 helmets in case we do a drag together, otherwise we can share them
