Hey guys,
Im getting my '09 VRX this week and i asked for the front bumper vinyl to be put on. Is it true that it does not cover it properly??

Yes its true, get it done aftermarket or do it yourself it will look better.
The Mitsu one is undersized so you can see the paint colour around the tow point cover and along the top and bottom . ie the vinyl does not wrap around the edges. it is very thick though. I saw it on a car in a dealership last month.
If you want to see it find a link to a Mitsu accessories brochure on the Mitsu website or maybe in the Lancer brochure. I have apic in a hardcopy of the original 2007 brochure for the car.
