Wattamolla (or however you spell it lol) is quite nice, theres a large car park, toilets, and electric bbq's all within 50m (give or take) and access down to the water via bush track...

Hey Matt,
Its great that ClubCJ is celebrating a 2nd Birthday on Sat 14th, and that you would like to organise a meet of available/interested members.

However such short notice (announced Fri 6th) will only exclude otherwise/otherwhere arranged members who would have been available to attend if given more notice.

Also, since ClubCJ is Nationwide, I believe its appropriately fair to include/allow all to partake in this Birthday Celebration.

I know its obviously impossible to organise a Nation Wide Collective Meet, so lets invite Individual State Moderators to organise/choose a meeting venue to culminate/coincide on the same day.

Your preparedness to consider other dates in lieu of this coming weekend would allow and/or provide more time arrangement and incentive for a greater membership to attend in the individual States.

I believe a few extra weeks for these State venue arrangements to be sorted and implemented would be welcomed by most, and provide all members the equal opportunity to partake/attend a Mutual Club Affair on the same date.

Set-Up a Nationwide Post to Decide the Date.
Then
Set-Up Statewide Posts to decide the Venues.

Sunday 29th seems the most likely to allow for these arrangements, also many of us work on Saturdays. (wash'n'polish the car)

Yes Stacey, The Birth date is Definitely the 14th,
However the meet date has yet to be decided and confirmed, but it looks as though it might be at the end on the month.

I am right for this Saturday.

I have the car booked in at 730am to get tyres and a wheel alignment. I will have to go and drop wheels off before.

I am pretty busy most weekends. I will let everyone make up their mind and then see if I can make it
