** just as a follow up to the incident, insurance claim has all gone through, the car is going in for repairs on monday.
I spoke to them about them just repainting over the old paint, they said its normal when the entire bumper isnt damaged. Since it was only a small section, there was no point sanding the entire bumper down, repriming and repainting. So insted they give it a light sand, add some paint adhesion addtive or something and then paint over that. If there was anything wrong with the actual adhesion, it wouldnt just be coming off where the impact was.
Anyway, I said to them that I want my new rear skirt painted and fitted and they said they'd be more than happy to do it. So im getting the bumper replaced and also getting the XDC/PMR rear skirt installed and painted for freeeeeee
Ill upload daytime pics tomorrow of the accident, time for tadz to go to bed

Detailed my sister's Mazda3 for her birthday. (Mind you she's had the car for 3 years and never cleaned it herself, either dad washes it or mum vacs it). I then did mine.
After all that Autoglym on her Mazda, I don't think she was very thrilled. The car looks and smells like new, now. Oh well, that's her present and she can lump it.
