Heres a riddle (kinda):

Theres a man who lives on the 80th floor.
Every morning he takes the elevator to the ground floor to head to work.
Every evening he rides the elevator to the 50th floor then takes the stairs
to his place.
Why?

Here's another:

A poisoned man was in an ER.
To treat him, medical staff need to know what was in his cocktail of drugs.
On his palm is written the word Library
Everyone is baffled and rush to the hospital library but no one knew where to look. Suddenly a young intern figures it out.
How did he do it?

They monitor all vitals and insert nasogastric tube. Administer stat dose of activated charcoal and do a FBE (full blood examination) including drug screen, to check for irregularities. U&E's to check kindey output and drug traces in urine. Gastric and bowel lavage could be an option.

If the cocktail includes opiods, then Naloxone dose of 80mcg every 15 mins to a maximum of 480mcg. If airway is compromised then insert ET tube and commence ventilation. Monitor cardiac signs through 12 lead ecg for signs of arrhythmia or cardiac disturbances.

Not going to go into the complete list of drug reversals here but here are a few common household ones.

(poison) Paracetamol - (antidote) N-acetyclysteine,
Warfarin or ratsack - vitamin K,
ethylene glycol or anti-freeze - ethanol and thiamine,
methanol - ethanol and folinic acid,
cyanide - amyl nitrate, sodium nitrate and sodium thiosulfate.
