That Red Lancer looks the best
With regards to the speedo shot, I'm not sure if that fits within the club rules as it is in a way encouraging illegal drving. Just a thought, doesn't bother me personally but just thought I'd mention it
EDIT: Is that your speedo Ozie? you have blue LEDs reflecting off the silver rings don't you?

I agree with CatP. Far too busy and at a glimpse you can't really focus on just one thing which does make it look unprofessional.
You'd be better off having the clubcj logo/lettering in one image, below that have a single image of members cars (have a whole bunch it can rotate through everytime the page is loaded).
Personally splash pages annoy the crap out of me. What software is this forum running off? Does it have the option of running a portal / main page with information on there instead? (similar to http://www.vbadvanced.com/ )
