Things are looking good My Chief Operating Officer (aka the Wife) has approved the leave pass for the day. I need a helmet now, right? Anyone know a place near RIngwood?

Bob I think Aldi has cheap helmets at the moment. $50 or so, Aus Approved. Perfect for a couple of runs down the strip!

Can people ride in the passenger seat? Do they have to wear a helmet aswell?

Tadz - on their website, they say that if the driver is under 18, they must be accompanied by an adult, so I'd assume there must be some kind of flexibility with regards to a passenger. Definitely the passenger would need the same safety equipment as the driver - helmet and long pants, long sleaves etc. To be sure, send them an email and ask: [email protected]

The question is: does the driver want an extra 70kgs next to him

Passengers:
Heathcote Park Raceway allows racers to have 1 passenger during test & tune days, all passengers must wear the approved clothing and safety helmet, all runs with passengers onboard will be solo runs only!

Depending on how many runs we get, we'll see if i can get a few runs in the passenger seat. Get a few videos actually in the car..

If not, there will be heaps of vids from the side line...Is there any restriction on the age you have to be when your down at the sideline?
