Tint doesnt help. Mine being 15%, it doesnt seem to do anything. You are better off with cold water/wipe + demisters
Inside surface or outside Al?
Only way to stop it is to cover the windscreen with a blanket overnight,electric preferable, on low.
Window tint won't, can't legally tint the windscreen anyway.
If it fogs inside then either there's a damp issue inside the cabin.
