Discriminatory, any statement of opinion can ultimately and unjustifiably be constrewed as such, so in this case it's not apt or applicable.
Irrelevant, on the contrary, that was the whole point of Troy's reply which I elaborated further.

Besides, I did play safe and state that not all of you are as confused.

I will admit I was being a little cheeky in my statement, but it surprises me beyond belief how a person can spend $40K + on a Turbo RA vehicle and think it's got the CVT Transmission.

Surely one does some research before parting with that amount of money.
