Elderly Car Break-In

An elderly lady was going to the store, and when she rode her car, she found that it was broken into. She ran straight inside her house and called the police. When someone answered, she said, "Officer, someone broke into my car! They took everything! The dashboard, radio, even the gear stick, hand brake and pedals are gone!" After giving her name and address, the officer, reassuringly, told her that someone will be at her house ASAP.

When she had a second look at her car, she discovered that everything was there again, as if no one had sabotaged it. She immediately calls the police back and the same person answered. "Hello officer, there's no need to send anyone here. I realised that I rode in the back seat of my car."
