Car is barely a week old . Saw a tiny nick on the side, about an inch long so small you can't see it - one of those things you think is just dried on water streak until you rub it and it won't come off..
Somewhat Irrelevant but its only a WEEK OLD...
How could I fix that? :'((

Light Scratches How to Remove/Deal With?

Get some decent car wash firstly. something like Meguires ULTIMATE WASH N WAX or Bowdens Own car wash.
If that dont remove the water marks then its a full detail/polish
for the light scratch get some Mequires SCRATCH X 2.0
If all that fails or your not confident is doing it then call in the Pro's
Best ive seen so far is http://www.autoglamour.com.au/

thats a perfect excuse to fully detail your exterior.
i am going to assume you dont have a buffer so what you need to do is go get your self some decent polish. i used meguires polish because it is pretty good and smells like bubble gum. it is like 28 dollars at super cheap auto
