Its just a scam.
If the fuel rail and injector are that dirty they need to be removed and cleaned via ultrasonic.
Just running some crap at normal pressure through the injectors is not going to do jack shit. The cleaner stuff cant be any more abrasive chemical then what fuel is otherwise it would damage the injectors
Simply pouring the shit into the tank will do the same job.
Spraying the aerosol can stuff into the intake chamber and also directly into the combustion chamber and let it sit for a few seconds will do more
