My car is a my15 ES Sport. first 5 services fixes at $260 each. Get mine done free as agreed when purchased new.
So far first 2 done at no cost, third one coming up.

Note you mention only sump plug washer, manual states sump plug replacement on every service! Crazy and do they do it?
Will mark mine and check with next service!

To try and mitigate damage from over torquing, and stretching the threads and causing damage or cross threading, not many home garage mechanics do it, I usually work to PFT spec which is tight then another 1/4 turn, same with spark plugs.
