Hi guys im looking for suggestions for a track hack/ pig / DD car. After having the evo it feels like i cant decide on a car that would suit my needs. i was orginally thinking of a civic / crx /180sx but then looking at it it looks boring! LOL I just want to start a project car and be able to drive it to the track and drive it back home without problems.
Go boys! let start imaginations roll!

Are you going to be keeping your Evo? Isn't your Evo a track car?

So are you going to use this car you buy as a daily driver too??
If it is a daily driver, and a track day car when do you drive the evo??
$15k I am sorry is always going to be boring compared to an EvoX.
Why not look for something old school... Ford Escort, Datsun 1600 etc.

I would go old school like Shane. Different, more options for engine transplants etc plus old school is cool

I would save more money and build up a S2K , those things are little rockets around the track and they look absolutely fabulous for a 10 year old car. Sounds great aswell

thanks boys! that escort gave me an idea! my dad had a blue station wagon and an orange ghia 4 door when i was younger! =)
lee i think s2ks are over rated, I dont say that the engine is not good at all when it really it is! but then it only have 2 seats exactly why the mrs and I are getting rid of the 370z.
shane, im looking at getting rid of my 260'ks CE. It still goes really good but id like to get rid of it before it dies on me. IE out of pocket money to get it fixed. Its been misfiring for a while now.
