Hi guys.
Yes this is my third year participating in Movember.
As someone who went through a period of Depression after my ex wife passed away of cancer, leaving three young daughters, Beyond Blue is something we should all try to help at any time of the year.

1 in 8 men will suffer depression sometime through their lifetime.

I'll have to get in and update my thread (plus a pic) I've been off work ill for the last week but I'll get back into it!
