Just got my new cool silver lancer today with the new 2.4 liter engine. I like the car but I felt ripped off by my dealer with the price of AUD36k with no extra goodies addon onto the car. What is the price you pay for the new 2.4 lancer?

I got my VRX for $29,500 incl. reverse sensors, boot liner, floor mats, 1 yr rego and insurance. Not a bad deal - well, less than RRP at least.
$36K seems quite high even for an auto, especially if you got no extras.

Olympic Edition (defaults with Rockford Forsgate, full leather, MMCS): full thank of petrol, front 3 tints, boot tray protector, front footwell illumination, reverse parking sensors, OEM Lancer floor mats, 15K, 25K and 35K servicing included. ON THE ROAD for $34,567.89.
Is more than I should have paid but when the Olympics were launched, I really thought it was a good deal. Oh well... .
