Nice Mitch, you just need to find some nice unused bucket seats to make a chair out off

Well, lah-dee-dah...

:-)

Are you getting an RA next to make the set, or gonna strap 'em together and create some kind of eight-wheel drive Mitsubeasti...?

.
What I did today:

a) got jealous of Darryl,
b) Googled whatever the hell Josh was talking about
c) bought these:

They're going to replace my new, and perfectly good VRX wheels (which I only just put tyres on!) - probably next weekend.

They've got a finely-grooved machine-polished finish,which I just know I'm gonna regret the first time I 'mis-park'

I was thinking of maybe blacking-out the little trapezoid-shaped (!) recesses on the outside of the spokes - any comments or suggestions on how to best do it?

Cheers!

You could make up a stencil for that bit and get some vinyl and cut it to shape. Maybe blue...not sure how good it will look though. Or could try plastidip.

I thought of plasti-dip in black initially, but think maybe the minute grooves on the face of the wheel might hold on to the stuff where it's not wanted.

Good idea about the vinyl - make a paper stencil and get identical copies cut, that way they're all identical (matte, satin or gloss?)

If I go blue, I'd have to paint them the same colour as the body, but I reckon that might be the go...

Cheers!

Installed my RA steering wheel, auto lights, auto wipers and fogs controls, with the bonus that I now can control stereo with my wheel
