Previous (older) LED tail lights didn't include a resistor with them, this somehow messed with the ecu and people were reporting asc warnings and in some cases, cruise control being disabled.
Also, I own the LED tail lights in the ebay link, and they are awesome.

What the issue is with some LEDs are the fact that they draw lower current and voltage from the CANBUS wiring so the ECU thinks the light is blown. So if the ECU thinks the brake lights are blown it wont let you engage cruise control as activating the brake disengages cruise
