I'm happy to let someone borrow my Uhf radio if there's not enough. Since I know which way we are going and wont be getting lost.
I think our main issue is leaving TTP and making our way up to the base of the hill where it merges to become one lane. I still think it would be easier to stop just after the last set of lights and make sure those who got caught by the traffic lights catch up (I also understand that some people may find it a pain to stop frequently), considering the fact that this time is going to be a fairly large group of cars and that way we stay in our formed group the rest of the trip without having too many other cars in-between us which in most cases can slow us down and cause others to become separated.

i think the best idea would be to split up into smaller groups. 12 cars is too large to try and keep together going up through the hills. better off splitting it into 3 groups of 4 cars and meeting at harndolf

I'll try to put a map together so people's know where we are going.
Yes i think having a couple meet points along the way might be good. Or as kalum said, have a couple small groups. We will figure that out tomorrow at the meet.
Cool ken, hopefully we can tune all the walkie talkies together.
