LOL

But anyway, best of luck with everything! Been through a bit lately so my memory of how much things can suck is still quite fresh...

This is probably in other threads but yeah, I always have the esc set on, even if I went to a track it doesn't make sense to me to switch it off. Dealer told me only ever turn it off if on gravel etc. Obviously he wouldn't encourage reckless driving but its not like we can do donuts or anything :P
I've only seen it activate once and the car felt very calm (that was on a straight though not a corner :P)
I've cornered reasonably hard in mine and never had it come up (harder than my other cars have been able to), so it makes me wonder what our cars are capable of. Not worth finding out though. I don't consider myself to be Mr Pro Racecar Driver.

i did my turn hard on first gear so car lurched forward n held the road pretty tight...... the car is pretty strong but i too aint gna push it that far after my near miss near lancelin and that was just by making a mistake turnin a lil 2 fast onto loose gravel... somehow the car managed to stop just before a huge ditch full of rocks and branches... was like 2 metres if i rmbr correctly.... oh and browndog no worries bout this cruise certain things have higher priority we understand and hope everything turns out alrite mate....

I try to learn from other peoples mistakes before I make them myself.
I have a friend that rolled another friend's car with 2 or 3 passengers. Yes not his car, someone elses!
On gravel/dirt (but a driveway, not off-roading lol)
So I'm always cautious, especially when switching surfaces.

(If he rolled my car he'd be significantly less alive. 5 star safety would save him from the crash so I'd get the pleasure of skinning him alive)
'evil laugh'

But yeah, don't touch my car.
:D
What were we talking about? :P

I think its all sorted.
Who cares if there isn't quite enough food, we can stop somewhere. Pretty sure there will be though.
WA is hardly lancer central eh.

They handle pretty well, I've driven on many gravel roads with ASC off and I usually don't go much faster than 70 though because I'm not familiar with gravel :P

However through the hills the car can safely (if theres such a thing..) go much faster, on 110 roads taking corners at that speed is quite fun but very dangerous at the same time.. I only do it at night because if there is a car coming in the other direction you can see their headlights before you see the car, it's much safer than in the daytime.

downside is wildlife. :(

on a track you get the best of both worlds haha

yeah track = money :(

heh, as long as you have fun don't worry what others think ;)

If you're a skilled driver then you could still get better times than someone with say a turbo or v8 that are only used to driving in straight lines (1/4m etc)

I challenged some idiot with an evo 6 to a race once, he wouldn't accept it, lol.. but then again keyboard warriors will always talk tough on the internet and never back it up

I was confident that I would win though, I heard from a few people that he was a really bad driver :P

oh, by the way I'm test running the map for the cruise tomorrow with a friend, even though I know it's right because I've been on all the roads before but not in this particular order :P

Will let you know how it goes.

Ritzy. What a waste of RX's though cos they were limited edition, i wanted one but there wasn't a single manual one left in WA. Why would they get them instead of ES's? Wanted to look cooler? :P
Curtin just has getz's i think.
And i'm in tafe now, they have liek, one scooter.

And yeah, don't think i'll ever be going to a track.
Saw that bathurst was letting clubcj do 2 laps or something? So jealous :(
