Does it have to be the Mt Gravatt lookout? i'm having flashbacks from my WRX days when the Police setup a road block at the bottom and went through everyone's cars top to bottom. People in the houses at the bottom call the police when they hear a lot of loud exhausts, DOH.

Just a suggestion , Mines totally stock so it won't effect me.

on that note doesn't the entire road close at night?

also from what lzyeye said, i know but id rather somewhere closer Mt Gravatt is like 1hr from my place, lol hell even somewhere like new farm park would be good, but also closes at night.

newfarm park is a great place heaps of room and we can do social stuff not just drive around. or stand in the carpark in small groups lol, like have a game of football or soccer. or some other field related activity, infact that wouldn't be a bad idea. make it happen

I meant a cruise on a different date this month, before Coffs.... it was more pointing out there is usually the same guys organising the cruises.

The reason we have been to Mt Gravatt is it's ease of access and it's fairly central to everybody...

It doesn't close at night, well latest I've been there is 10pm and it was still open. And soon a restaurant will be open so it'll be open for that.

Blake you say you live 1hr away... hotlanc lives 1:30 away down the Gold Coast yet still attends EVERY meet.

Everybody, feel free to suggest other locations with ample parking and facilities for everybody. Also feel free to organise meets yourselves, as Krispy did a few weeks ago, you're all welcome to!

And these mini-meets for chatting, dinner etc were asked for by a lot of you, so I started organising some. Previously we only did big monthly cruises... We still continue to do them, but have not since November due to Christmas/New Year etc.

The next big cruise is Coffs Harbour combined meet with NSW. I may even organise something for January if the interest is there...

if you like guys ill start making a list of all the meet spots we come up with so we can start meeting at new places ill start with some ideas and gather some info...if anyone has an idea for a place pm me and ill add it to the list and find it on a map and we can start other mini meets around the place. we can have some mini meets north side down the cost all over the place. these meets are ment to be a fairly common occurrence so if you cant make one or its too far we can make the next one closer to you or on a day that suits you. let me know what you think
