Just a heads up with the new style number plates that just came out...

Damn, they are expensive. In QLD you just pay a fee for the plates up front and that's it. Prices might be more up front but no annual fee makes them cheaper in the long run. We also seem to have more styles to choose from. http://www.ppq.com.au

Was mucking around on myplates website and the annual prices are just ridiculous!!!
$275 one off payment but then $400 annually!!! Highway robbery!!!! Just going to stick to my normal plates... Alot cheaper!!!

It really sucks about the annual fee. It's pretty ridiculous. The number plate is something I've wanted to change since I've had the car but I have never had enough income to justify getting it. Sigh.
