NSW - Fri 14 Sept - Penrith evening mini-meet

Im in Mt Druitt so driving to Penrith isnt an issue for me. Im keen for a mini meet depending on my schedule. Post up date and time when its decided.

Tyres need replacing so avoiding long trips to save up $$ means less fuel so I can save too

Wow! Its great to see that there are many people interested in a Penrith meet. How do i go about setting it up and organising a day & time?

You can get Hoges our NSW rep to run with it or you can run with it, seems you're doing a good job so far.
I'd prefer at least myself or Hoges to be able to attend to keep you kids best behaviour.
I'm not sure on Ryan's schedule but the weekends of 8/9 and 15/16 are totally out for me.

Well if there is a chance we do a cruise to Wiseman's ferry. We could always meet point at Penrith. THen cruise up to Wiseman's ferry and have a BBQ, feed and chat about our cars up there. I know it probably will be a busy parkland area closer to the summer months but we're not out of winter yet. So hopefully parking wont be too much an issue in Sept.

We could also use this as another fundraiser event for one of our old team member's efforts to raise money for the "Ride to Conquer Cancer" as we did at this event http://clubcj.net/viewtopic.php?t=11163

Anyone keen on a cruise to Wisemans and a feed? I guess this depends on if Nick and Jade can make it and if there are going to be any prizes. I'm just happy if we get together, kick some money into the kitty or pledge online and have a good day. I wanted to see how many people were keen on something like this or just wanted a quick and dirty mini-meet at night instead...

I'll wait and see what blade888 (Nick) has to say on availability and thoughts on the matter.
We could always have mini meet and split off a cruise thingy to another time... not the end of the world. We'll see how it pans out once I hear back from blade888

I'm out west, I'll be up for a Penriff meet. If we're headed to Wiseman's - there's the Wombat Cafe that's like 5 mins past it on the north side of the ferry, they serve 30cm diameter burgers... it's an epic feed! Went there once on a cruise from another forum.
