Hey Guys,

Looks like a new record!!

We had 24 Cars in attendance and was a great day to be had by all, was great weather and good to meet some of the new peeps too!! Big thanks goes out to Shane "Lzy_eye" for picking such a great location and Chris "Mizta B" for his cooking

The cruise was fun and safe as always, pity about the slow mini bus/van in front of us at the first section of the Pac Hwy but at least he eventually pulled over for us

AT the meet point we were NOT alone!!! We had about 20+ VW Golfs of various types and Mk's coming up from a local VW Car club. They were taking as many photos pf our cars as they were their own!

Only a couple from me.

Did anyone find out a website / forum the VW's were from? Might drop by & say g'day, get clubcj out there a bit.

I would try www.vwwatercooled.org.au. I think it is the biggest VW forum in Oz. That is for all models and all Mk versions - even Skoda's. Or could be this one www.ozvolks.com

I was a member on there when I had my VW and they often have meets. Good bunch of people too.

Yeah could be.. Most of them were golfs but there were a few Polo's and for some reason a new Porsche 911 Carrera S was there too.

Anyhow was good to get a happy snap of us all. Maybe we should award points to the first person who can label every single member in the photo correctly?

The forum that the VW's were from was vwgolf.net.au.. It's a new forum and i think it was their first cruise..

Would have been a nightmare going to terrigal with that many cars, keeping it all together would have been too!!

Exactly why I chose The Entrance. Nice place, not as painful as terrigal. If you think those speed humps were bad you should see the ones at terrigal!!!
