So, to ensure I have this straight, you took it for a tune, and lost 8kw? No gains (eg less kw but stronger pull through mid range, or quicker spool up etc). That being said the boost curve looks a lot better on the 215kw pull (flat from 3k - 4.5k) but does seem to bottom out low. My RA runs 23PSI 3k - 4k before running down to 19 @ 6k and my turbo is the size of a pin...
In what regard are you worried about AFR? Car should drop through the 12's during spool up and into the mid 11's, finishing up around 11 - 11.2 (please someone else chime in if they disagree with what I'm saying here). I would say you look a touch leaner than I'd be comfortable with 3.5k - 4.5k.

huh?
so your bottom chart - the red is an old run, and the blue is a newer run if i'm reading it correctly?
and the top chart is later still.
it's maybe a bit lean in the midrange.
why did you get it retuned?

19 psi @ 6000 is very good mark, i think i`m getting about 17.

Check your manifold to see if it glows....it looks a bit to lean...im on 14.8afr on idle....13.5 by spool up...then taper down to 10.8 at wot

Evo X turbo will hold 25psi at 6000rpm
stock solenoids (which I assume you have) hold about 20-21 on most cars at that rpm.
a lot of shops tune in the high 11s on 98 ; most though seem to be low-mid 11s on boost

alot of tuning shops up here in sydney are switching there customers cars over to e85...they have all said the same thing "98 octane fuel just isnt the same anymore, each day seems like the quality is getting worse, as e85 is a mix that cant really be messed with..

well e85 is cheaper per litre, gets more power and runs cooler.
the down side is you use 30% more of it
but if it's readily available near you, I'd be all over it.
pretty much everyone I can think of tuned on e85, simply refuses to go back unless it's for a long country drive

i will be doing e85 when a servo pops up within the inner west...i didnt by a sports car for its fuel economy LOL...i bought the car to be used what is was designed for (sometimes too much).....only if we had the high quality standards of japan with basic things such as PETROL...

Hi yes the bottom dyno is before last test and tune i have add 2 more dyno sheets one before and after retune more feed back plz

well your power figures look average, pretty average for a basic tune, but the Air fuel ratios scare the crap out me they seem to be to lean...
But hard to say without looking at ignition and timing maps etc...
My car runs 10.8WOT from about 4,000rom-4,500rpm onwards and my exhaust manifold GLOWS like crazy...but i have no knock, ping, or misfire so the tune is good...my tuner keeps telling me im too damn rich but i keep insisting its safer for the motor....i think anything above 11 is to lean for our motors...
McCoy can you chime in here again

I tune to 11.2-11.3 once on boost
mid 11s for spool
low 11s are widely accepted to be the sweet spot for the 4B motors
at the tailpipe you can probably go as lean as 11.5, many tuners do.
10.8 is a bit rich but it won't hurt you at all
I think if some people watched a heap of cars on the dyno, you would be surprised just how orange things get back there.
Turbos go bright orange after a few pulls.
Remember the EGT is over 800*C when it exits the motor. probably closer to 850 actually.

once i get clutch sorted out,
Port and polish exhaust manifold
Port and polish turbo
Ceramic Coat Manifold
Ceramic Coat Turbo
Turbo Rebuild: Upgrade bearings, upgrade turbine, braided oil feed, water feed, custom oil return, water retun...
Custom made CAST Wide Mouth Down Pipe stainless steel but with a THICK wall unlike tomei, megan etc,,,,
Ceramic Coat intake manifold
AMS FMIC
custom straight piping exhaust 3.15inch and go with a tune....
See how that plays out...
