Anyone Know How To Change Shifter Cable Bushes On A 2010 Lan

So i bought some evo X shifter cable bushes. By MItsubishi the evo x and lancer cj part numbers are the same

But the issue is, i dont know how to take mine off on the Lancer, tried to search and look at videos but it just looks different to mine.

those bushes are the ones located outside the car where the gearbox is....they are the linkage bushes....not the inside ones

yes i know they are the outside ones. Its under the hood. under the air box. But mine look different to all the pictures for some reason :/
