going to fit the c-lip and get it properly painted, baked etc.. as well...

You can't see much difference between them. The manufacturers f***ed up the first shipment. The Lens colors are too close. I can't see ANY difference.

There is no drilling involved. Plug and play really. Just make sure the wires plug in correctly. Use common sense black wire to black wire etc. I will do an install PDF soon.

Unfortunately yes. the difference is very small. You can't actually see anything on the lens.

Some people on this forum are apparently unhappy and thinking I'm making a huge cut on selling parts on this forum.

I'm going to come out and say it then, you're welcomed to take over.

To get these tail lamps, a company will have to buy a minimum of 40 pieces let alone the fact that I AM NOT a company. I am an individual helping my club develop their cars at the lowest possible price. I took a risk as I thought it was minimal considering a number here was interested in buying one. Who'd know everyone would slowly pull out and make all kinds of sly comments. I took a risk as I only had one window of opportunity. I had no time for our long drawn EOI, Pay UP steps. I took a risk and plonked my money in first.

I have always put up with all kinds of comments being pushed around:

I'm going to cite an e.g. from a mate: b3n87. He asked how much money I've made out of him with his buys. He bought a Lancer scuff plate for A$112 from Preston and I paid A$111.60. 40cents my profit. He also bought a boot tray protector for A$88.00. I paid Preston A$87.20 for it. 80cents boys! so I've made A$1.20 from him.

Lethal_1 just bought an alloy fuel door today via the Mitsubishi parts thing with Preston. The cost to me is A$194.33 and I charge him A$195.00 for the part. A$0.67!!

This is my contribution to the club. I have never been mistaken that the privilege of trust everyone gives me is something I don't want to f**k around with. I hope my Reputation score says something about the man I am.

If anyone thinks there is a large margin on these lamps, PM me, buy the lot off me. I'll pass it on at cost (I'll even show you the receipts and tax I had to pay for them). Then you see how much you can make off these things.

This does not put food on my table. This is a service and allows me to take my mind off work. I have a skill and my interpersonal skills help me get good deals for you people so I use it for the greater good. If you ever find parts cheaper else where, I've always said PM me and I can keep my dealers honest.

I have a full time job which puts food on my table and allows me to buy stuff for my car. I don't need this to keep me alive. For the record, I paid even more (> A$50 more) for my own set of tail lamps since I bought them outside of the group ship and that ballooned my costs.
