Yeah the quality looks shit in those photos. I am hoping mine will be better buts it's starting to sound like $300 down the drain...
EDIT: Who did these come from?? I was under the impression they were better than this other mob off eBay and also what's the quality like on the V lip and Evo X bumper piece?

Hi Nicho.
I was thinking of trying some 5 min epoxy to fix mine for a solid fix or some shoe goo which is like a flexible silicone for a flex fix.
Rick recommended using silicone glue inside the top of the lip to secure it but I was thinking of 2 screws in the top and just painting the heads black. That way it can be easily removed although there will then be 2 small holes in top lip of intake area.
Yours looks worse than mine tho. He has drilled your holes too far forward by the look of it. Even on mine they could be further back or they could have spaced them better and put 2 holes on each side.
Does yours have scratches all over it???
Mine has fine scratches that look like fingernail lines in a smooth auto putty surface ,not really deep just noticeable as the surface has a satin finish to it, not completely flat matte.
I will try and sand it a little and repaint it either with Plasti Dip or auto paint as I need to do my centre bumper too and maybe the upper grill which is a dark charcoal grey instead of a pure black like the lip.
Actually guys the material is like a hard but flexible plastic and not too thin or anything like that.
As soon as I see what Ofey can work out with Rick I will proceed with fixing and fitting.

Nicho,
Once we have heard from Ofey , if I keep it, as I said above I was thinking of trying some 5 min epoxy to fix mine for a solid fix or some shoe goo which is like a flexible silicone for a flex fix.
Rick recommended using silicone glue inside the top of the lip to secure it but I was thinking of 2 screws in the top edge and just painting the heads black. That way it can be easily removed although there will then be 2 small holes in top lip of intake area right beneath the radiator grill area.
No screws were included.
What you could also do is drill another hole on each side in the angled flared part underneath that will go into the end of the air dam horns as well as the existing holes and /or drill 2 more holes on the end in line with your existing ones but a little further back toward the rear. Just make sure you put it in place and check it will sit up against the contours of the car underneath where you plan to drill first.

I've opened up the other 2 C-Lips I have and I have no problems with them. There are NO cracks whatsoever. So I'm not sure how these cracks might have occured but I'm pretty certain that it's not through shoddy workmanship. It's more a case of bad shipping and poor packing.
As for the V-Lips, the quality is excellent IMHO. Leevin has one of these now which he is trying to attach on his ride and I'm waiting to see how that goes.
I apologise for your inconvenience. I feel partly responsible as I organized the group buy. I hope all of you understand that these things are beyond my control.
I will work now to get something done to redress the situation and beg for your patience. To be fair, please do not jump to conclusions either. Get your parts first, check them then comment. It's easy to jump on the bandwagon. And for those who aren't involved in the purchase, there's no need to take pot shots at the dealer's products. You've not been affected in anyway.
I think it's only fair that the dealer have a chance to redress the situation. Please rest assured that this will be solved.

Ofey,
Rick said to me the guy would have cracked them when drilling them and did not tell him about it.
It was wrapped in 3 layers of bubble wrap and the box looked OK. It didnt look like it had been crushed or damaged in shipping as far as I can tell, besides the end areas was where the bubble wrap was very thick as it was turned over itself and taped.
I hope you can work out something with Rick tomorrow re compensation as if I keep this and attempt a repair I would like to get on to it as well as sanding and painting it this week to take advantage of the warm dry weather we have here for the rest of the week. I have to get the rest of the bumper pulled apart ready to plasti dip or paint as well.
Thanks for your help.

Dear brothers, please allow me some time to chat with Rick and resolve the situation.
I understand all of you anxiety but even with stuff you get with Mitsu, if there's a problem they too will need time to fix it. Give me abit of time to fix this as well.

Note though, none of these things on the group buy are MY products. All external dealers.
I think if you met me in real life, most people know I am a stickler for detail. It comes with my occupation.
