I will keep you updated as and when I have information.

So far I'm negotiating as 20 purchasers and trying to drive down the price slightly.

Lots of newbies on this one, you can see on the GB page that I've already handled over 30 group buys for this club so please rest assured I know what I'm doing.

Shipping is a very messy affair and if we want to play smart games about GST, this needs to be well planned. We simply cannot underdeclare each unit to A$50 each (i.e. 20 X A$50 = A$1000 <- The GST free threshold).

That simply won't work because any idiot will know a unit like this CANNOT be worth just A$50.

So please Sit tight and don't keep asking.
I don't wast time but things need to be worked through.

Same with paying a foreign vendor. We need some protections in place before handing over large sums of money ( 20 X US$300 is US$6000!!)

I'll let you know in due course when I'm ready to collect money.

At this point, it would seem the NSW will have their WHOLE order shipped to one person in NSW directly. But the numbers are very high for NSW @ 8.
@ A$125 a set, I still think that sounds suspect.

So we may have to split it up into 2 sets of 4.
BTW SLIPKNUT, I think Dirtee has pulled out of purchasing.
