A boy was at a carnival and went to a booth where a man said to the boy 'If I write your exact weight on this piece of paper then you have to give me $50 but if I cannot I will pay you $50.'The boy looked around and saw no scale so he agrees thinking no matter what the carny writes he'll just say he weighs more or less.In the end the boy ended up paying the man $50. How did the man win the bet?

The man wrote what he said he would write, he said he would write "your exact weight" so he did.

I was thinking beehive, which works EXCEPT for the first clue. I'll get there!!! lol dont ruin it.

I am taken from a mine and shut up in a wooden case from which I am never released and yet I am used by almost everybody. What am I?

It would have to be a mineral or metal, Iron, Lead etc.
Wooden case....hmm
Used by almost everybody... well if it were lead and mixing it with the wood, it would have to be a lead pencil (except now days its graphite)

As for this one, am I to assume its the type of thing that has to be broken to be used, like a glowstick? (thats not my guess unless it happens to be right lmfao)
