I ordered one and when it arrived, it turned out they send the wrong filter lol. Now im waiting for the right part...

If its the 1 im thinking of all you will get is a bit better airflow.
The problem with it is that your still either getting hot air from the engine or a "little" cold air from the front through the stock intake.
Best bet would be to run some more intake pipes to where the pod is to get max/better performance.
And to AUS people this is NOT street legal as the POD is not 100% covered.

in Australia its illegal to have a pod filter in your car unless its 100% encased in something.
I added that in encase some ppl were thinking of getting it here, specially when teh ingen CAI is teh same money and legal

oh yeah you can get them, just if your going to pay l$450AU for something that's not legal you may as well custom make it for like $100AU from super cheap auto or something.

Where exactly did u read that it is illegal???
Do u have some links???
I dont recall seeing that in the WA legislation.
I see those pod filters for sale everywhere here in Aust.

Just because you can buy them does not mean there legal dude.. I dont know about WA but in every other state having an open pod in your engine bay is a defectable mod.
Thats why you do an CAI ok becasue its not in the bay.
This is an open pod with just a heat shield... hence not legal.
By allmeans get 1 but when you get defected dont way we did not warn you.
