from what ive heard they are switching to hybrid? so no option there
and also its faster than the current model and has none of the problems associated with turbo lag because of the electric side of things. just my understanding anyway....

there isnt a new EVO till 2012, so the 2011 EVO will be the same as the current one.
as for the other lancers, id presume they will be the same also. the body shape probably wont change till 2012.

There will be a minor refresh for the MY11 Lancer, around September this year.
Speculation from the dealers is MY15 will be the full update.

CE shape ran from 98-05
But it was only a major redesign of the CC shape technically.
CJ is the first all new everything in a very long time. Mitsubishi invested a lot of money so they won't replace it anytime soon

For those that can't be bothered reading, here are the artist's impressions of the concept (which we know will ALWAYS change)

It is best for us if Mitsubishi keep the CJ Lancer.
Even if if only gets a face lift. Our cars will drop in value when a new Lancer comes out and CCJ will then start for the new model.

Mine took a SEVERE drop in value when the MY09 VRX was released...
Simply because who in their right mind would ever buy a 2nd hand MY08 VRX when there is a 2.4 one in MY09 ...
