That is a LX which was considered a luxury model.

I think that is a fair price. It has lots of extras compared to a base model Lancer.

just buy a new axle...

Yeah looks like a good buy, nice it has revers camera.

The mileage is quite high for a four-year-old car though. The owner averages more than 30,000 km a year, but if it's mostly highway cruising and regularly serviced, then it shouldn't be wearing out the drivetrain too much.

The Lancer's value tends to go down by half in three years, so you may still be able to negotiate the $10K asking.

in the desert, leather pretty sad, worst steering wheel condition ive ever seen
dents, scratches, ill fitting bars, drives ok, last logbook entry 67k maybe i will have to see what else i can find many thanks again russell

Sounds like one to avoid, the pictures looked so good.

I'm fairly sure you can get a younger model for 10k. xD
