Yes Mitsu was too cheap to include lock nuts as standard and expect you to buy them separately.

Even My Mitsu Eclipse Turbo in the US had em stock 15yrs ago when I bought it.

These are probably people who can't afford an education and due to their sour graping, they just steal from those who are able to study. They likely dress up like students as well and just pretend to have a flat.
